FusionLO Linear Flow Oven
The Quantum FusionLO fast cure linear flow oven along with fixturing and outfeed accessories provides a throughput of 56 pair per hour. The cure time per pair is drastically reduced to 45 minutes! Heating cable technology, an independent small cycling air circulation structure and upper & lower heating provides high thermal efficiency. This unit only takes 20 minutes to reach set temperature. The system is computer controlled to regulate a three layered air distribution unit allowing for high thermal capacity and equal distribution of air flow. This set-up is perfect for a dip hard coat lens curing process!
