Hardcoat Technology
Our hardcoat process for lenses is a method for applying a thin and hard coating to improve durability and scratch resistance of lenses. The process starts by cleaning the lens surface and applying a layer of hardcoat material which is then cured by heat or UV light. We have added additional technologies to the hardcoat process to improve our customer efficiencies and effectiveness.

AR Technology
Our anti-Reflective (AR) coating process is a method for reducing glare and reflection on the surface of a lens. It is accomplished by applying a thin layer of multi-layer coatings of metallic oxides to the surface of the lens. These coatings are designed to cancel out the reflected light by applying constructive and destructive interference, which results in a lens with less glare and improved light transmission. AR coatings can be applied to both glass or plastic lenses, it can be added as an additional process or integrated into the hardcoat process.

NIGHT DRIVING HARDCOAT
Enjoy driving after dark
Night Driving Lenses filter out yellow light between 565 and 595nm, reducing light glare and improving color saturation of viewed objects (particularly of the primary colors red, green, and blue). The improvement in color saturation, contrast, and rendition look rather striking, particularly at low levels of illumination.
