    Quantum can help labs with older equipment compete in today’s market by upgrading their coating processes. In many cases, premium processes can be installed with no equipment modification. In some cases, component upgrades may be required. We will even install these processes in coating equipment manufactured by other companies!

    Coating Design

    Quantum delivers processes based on customer specifications, from basic AR coating to state-of-the-art coatings for multiple substrates. Quantum will design custom processes just for you, and we will engineer our processes to work in any equipment type currently in your facility.

     

    Coating Quality

    Quantum coatings have superior adhesion and scratch resistance. As every lens type has a unique refractive index, we will modify processes to work on different substrates to improve your quality.

     

    Coating Support

    Many individual labs experience product reliability issues relating to instability in process design or process parameters. Quantum specializes in analyzing specific processes and creating stability corrections to increase yield and reliability.
