Based in Finlayson, our brand is experiencing rapid growth on a national scale, prompting the need for additional team members to support our production efforts.
Summary
We are looking for a production worker to join our team in the manufacturing of glasses and fishing tackle for enthusiasts across the country.
Responsibilities
- Operate ophthalmic machinery, such as coating machines, etc (training provided).
- Assemble tackle and lures according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks as required – this is not a day to day task, but at times maintenance/etc does occur.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the manufacturing facility.
- A dedicated focus on safety and quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to production operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or production is preferred but is not required.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot (with oversight!).
- Ability to work on an assembly line with a few coworkers. We are a small team, and you’ll likely be working with 3-5 others.
- Ability to stand on your feet 8 hours a day (we do pad the floors with safety materials, of course).
- Good physical stamina for lifting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing the highest quality products in the fishing and ophthalmic industries.

This position will support the accounting functions of our RLVNT subsidiary (http://www.rlvnt.life). RLVNT is a leader in technologies for enthusiasts, with a current focus on outdoor products. POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be involved in all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, support other daily accounting functions, and assist the Controller with accounting projects as they arise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general bookkeeping duties in Netsuite for A/P and A/R
- Assist in various sales tax reporting
- Filing and record keeping associated with the office
- Assist controller with paperwork as needed and special projects
- General all-around office accounting duties
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting and/or office administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with any accounting software (Quickbooks, Netsuite, etc.)

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, suppliers and customers
