Getting started:

• Prepare your lenses to be dipped into the Fortify solution. Lenses take two minutes to go through the process, so multiple sets of lenses may be prepared in advance in order to maximize efficiency.

• Fill one dip container with Fortify solution and the other dip container with Activator. Lenses must be completely submerged during the dipping process, so be sure to fill accordingly.

• Place a microfiber cloth next to the Activator filled dip tank. This will be used to gently dry the lenses after the Activator dip step.

• Place two lenses of identical cut into the lens holder base. Gently push down the lens holder clip to lock the lenses into place. Do not apply too much pressure on the lenses as it may lead to damage of the lens.

Storage:

• When not in use, store in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to sunlight or sources of UV light.

Safety:

• Do not expose to eyes.

• Use in a well-ventilated space.

• When not in use, the lid should be screwed on tightly to avoid accidental spillage.

• Wear gloves and eye protection when using.

Applying to a lens:

• Place the lens holder in the Fortify solution for one minute.

• Move the lens holder to the Activator filled dip container. Leave the lens holder in the container for one minute.

• After one minute, remove the lens holder from the Activator filled dip container. Carefully remove the lenses from the lens holder and gently dry with the microfiber cloth.

• Lenses need 24 hours to cure for maximum water contact angle scores and to ensure that the coating binds completely.

• **Developing a smooth, fast workflow will allow you to get the most out of Fortify.

• When done using Fortify, tightly screw on the lid. This will prevent accidental spillage.

• Store in a cool, dark place for later use.

After applying:

• The active ingredient in Fortify requires time to properly adhere to a lens surface. Avoid any further wiping/handling of lenses after applying Fortify.

• For best results, lenses should be set aside and allowed to “cure” for 24 hours. After this, the coating will be durable enough to handle and will have the best performance.
